How do I add my first aircraft?

From your dashboard, click 'Add Aircraft' and enter your tail number. Click 'FAA Lookup' to automatically pull your aircraft details. Then follow the setup wizard to configure your logbooks and start scanning pages.

What formats can I upload for logbook scanning?

You can upload JPEG, PNG, or PDF files. For best results, take well-lit photos of each logbook page with your phone. You can also use Google Drive's built-in scanner for cleaner results.

How accurate is the AI scanning?

Our AI achieves 96%+ extraction accuracy, even on 30-year-old handwriting. Every scanned entry includes a confidence score, and entries below the threshold are flagged for your review.

Can my A&P mechanic access my records?

Yes. Your mechanic can create a free WingMX account. You can then invite them to collaborate on your aircraft. They can add maintenance entries and digitally sign their work.

What's included in the free trial?

Do you support helicopters?

Yes! When you add a helicopter, WingMX automatically detects it from the FAA registry and configures the appropriate logbooks. Pricing is the same as single-engine aircraft.
